Workshop ouvert avec Léa Tirabasso

Dans le cadre des représentations d'In the bushes

From a physical warm up, we will slip into a more animalistic world (think ostrich) where movement, imagination and the exploration of various states will allow us to feel alert, ready and more connected to our instinct as dancers.
Playfully, the workshop will delve into ways of shutting the thinking brain off and reacting to movement. It will be drawing directly from the research the company just led to create Léa’s new work In the bushes.
