Sun 5.06, 10h00 - 13h00 & 15h00 - 18h00

Set off with a smartphone attached to your handlebars for an hour-long ride guided by a narrator and a delicate score to reveal the hidden stories of the people who live here. While you cycle, take time to reflect on the people and moments in your life that mean the most. Record messages and share them with strangers you will never meet as you search for the perfect place to hide a secret. Rider Spoke is a groundbreaking interactive experience from BAFTA-nominated, award-winning artists Blast Theory. The work premiered at the Barbican to a sold-out season and has since toured worldwide to 23 cities. To take part, you are provided with a smartphone that attaches to your bike. The work also provides accessible options for non-cyclists including for wheelchairs, mobility scooters and participating on foot. Get in touch for details.
